The Group based in Singapore First Sponsor LTD, mainly involved in asset management, property development, and real estate construction, has completed the acquisition of a hotel building in Milan, the Grand Hotel Puccini. Located in the central Corso Buenos Aires, the property was acquired for a stated price of 9.3 million euros. The building, which needs redevelopment, is located in the commercial district of the town, and its facade exposes directly on the Corso B Aires, being also adjacent to the Teatro Puccini. The operation was followed by the CBRE Hotels Milano team.
