The Hotel Astoria in Sanremo, a hotel property located in Corso Matuzia, at the Foce, closed in 2004 and subject to a bankruptcy procedure by the company Logam Srl, was sold by auctioning for a price of approximately 6.8 million EUR.
Over the years, the development project involved the construction of an RTA, with a change of urban destination. However, this project had not received the necessary approvals leading to bankruptcy.
The purchase of the hotel property in the current conditions, suggests the redevelopment and transformation of the asset into other real estate products, with different and greater appeal.
