Since the age of 25 Alessandro has held various managerial roles in important Italian hotel companies, including 8 years with Starhotels, 10 years General Manager of the Grand Hotel Minerva in Florence and as many at the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte in Viareggio.
Former General Manager of the Hotel La Palma di Capri, the oldest hotel on the island, he currently holds the position of General Manager of Baia Scarlino Resort. Marketing professor in various tourist courses. He has held various institutional and trade union roles, including Confesercenti’s tourism sector president in Florence. He is one of the founders of the Florence Convention Bureau. Alessandro collaborates since 2015 with Hotel Seeker ™.
