With more than 20 year’ experience in the hospitality and real estate fields, Fabrizio is the founder of Hotel Seeker™. Prior to this experience, Fabrizio served as Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, being involved in multimillion international advisory and investment sales assignments, managing also the birth of the Mid Market department in Italy. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle he has held various positions in consultancy companies focussing on hospitality and information technology fields. He also covered several positions in hotel chains such as Starwood, Sheraton, Jolly Hotels and Atahotels. Fabrizio holds a specialised MINB, Master in Internet Business, from the SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan, Italy. He also successfully completed the Professional Development Program – Certificate in Real Estate and Hotel Investments – from Cornell University, Ithaca, USA. In 2019, he additionally gained the Post Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. He has been a faculty member at MIB School of Management of Trieste, where he is responsible for the Hospitality Business Plan Module within the IMT, International Master in Tourism, and also teaches hotel investment planning at Master in Tourism TQM at Uninform Group. Fabrizio is also a Member and Registered Valuer of RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – the leading international association grouping the worldwide professionals in the real estate industry. In 2020 he conceived and wrote, together with his colleague RICS Prof. Giacomo Morri, the first text in Italy dedicated to hotel real estate investments, published by EGEA, Hotel Investment & Valuation.
