Castelfalfi: a new upscale Tuscan Resort by TUI

Current works carry on for Castelfalfi, a medieval village back to life from 2007 thanks to the German tourist brand TUI AG who purchased this entire village in the heart of Tuscany to develop a full service resort. The project, one of the largest in Europe at the moment, is a 250 Million Euro investment to create an unique resort development including three hotels, residential and resort real estate. The Toscana Resort Castelfalfi is scheduled to be fully-completed in 2018.  While a first hotel is operational, the second hotel will be completed by 2016 and a third hotel will be finished by 2018. Golf at Castelfalfi includes a signature 18-hole, par-72 and a 9-hole golf course. The project foresees to develop also a large real estate, adopting typical Tuscan style, including 18 existing Casali’s (farmhouses) currently being sold and custom-renovated to international clients specifications.
