STR Global released last report of development for new rooms in the Construction Pipeline Report 2013. According to the study, Europe records development plans for 816 new properties with a total of 135.006 rooms to build. The city with the highest pipeline resulted Manchester, UK, reporting 3.541 rooms. Moscow, Istanbul, London and Amsterdam followed.
