Born and raised in Milan, with a classical-linguistic education, he is passionate about the Hospitality sector when, following a two-year experience aimed at studying and practicing languages, he has the opportunity to work in Luxury Relais & Chateaux facilities in the United Kingdom, in Germany and in Francophone Switzerland. He returned to Milan in 1983 and continued his career entering the Gallia group and later in the Monrif Hotels Group, mainly in the Room Division, Sales & Marketing and Revenue-Administration departments, reaching the general management of both Business Congress facilities (Grand Hotel Brun and Hermitage Milan) and Leisure Resorts (Grand Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi Camogli) since 1990. In 1998 he entered the Wellness & Lifestyle sector launching and managing for more than 16 years Harbor Club Milano, an exclusive and at that time innovative City Sporting & Spa Resort to an Anglo-American Real Estate Private Equity Fund, thereby also acquiring a significant Commercial Real Estate experience. It possesses commercial, managerial and analytical skills, with particular focus on KPIs management control and in elaborating feasibility studies and business planning.
