The presentation of the new book “Real Estate Valuation” by Giacomo Morri and Paolo Benedetto will be held at the Bocconi University in Milan. The text collects the main real estate valuation methods in a professional perspective and in compliance with the main international evaluation best practices. The new text, published by Egea, completes the recent publications of Prof. Morri on real estate issues. The text is accompanied by an important practical case study adapted to the typical conditions of the Italian real estate market. Fabrizio Trimarchi, RICS member and registered valuer is the author of the chapter relating to the hotel property valuation.
