Covivio Hotels has completed the acquisition of the Boscolo portfolio sold by Varde Partners for an amount equal to 573 million euros. From what appeared in the press yesterday, Il Sole 240re reports the news of the completion of the hotel purchase operation which began in 2019. It is a portfolio of seven hotels located in Italy, France, Hungary, mainly in the luxury category, once heritage of the Boscolo Hotels group and acquired by Varde Partners. Overall, the portfolio consists of over 1,100 rooms for some locations of absolute prestige such as Piazza Esedra in Rome, Florence, Nice and Budapest. The portfolio will be repositioned and managed by the NH Hoteles Group through different brands.
