In 2014 in Rome the first Hotel Indigo in Italy

The Hotel Indigo Rome-St.George will be the first Indigo in Italy. The brand of the IHG group addressed to boutique hotels was born in 2004 and arrived in Europe in 2009, where it currently has 10 structures. The boutique hotel of Rome is located in the very historic center and it will be managed according to a franchise contract with the company Hotel Invest Italiana Srl. Its inauguration is scheduled for the first three months of 2014.

The price communicated is €65.5M and the transaction will be completed in the second quarter of the year.

The hotel will offer 216 rooms and suites, a spa and extensive meeting and congress facilities. The building features a futuristic façade and is situated in the highest Swiss city, aiming to become one of the most sophisticated resorts in the country.
