The first located near the Central Station, has 74 rooms and a four-star category. The second, located in Genoa Sestri, offers 115 rooms and is affiliated with the Best Western chain.
The international investor, active mainly in real estate investments in office and retail income, expands the scope of differentiation of its asset classes.
