Thanks to a long experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors lasting over 20 years, Fabrizio is the Founder of Hotel Seeker™. Before this initiative, Fabrizio held the role of Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, where he was the protagonist of important hotel investment projects, managing the birth of the Mid Market division in Italy.
Previously, Fabrizio held important roles in corporate management consultancy. He has also held roles in hotel companies such as Starwood, Sheraton, Jolly Hotels, Atahotels. Fabrizio obtained the MINB, Master in Internet Business, from SDA Bocconi in Milan. He also successfully completed the PDP Professional Development Program – Certificate in Real Estate and Hotel Investments – at Cornell University, Ithaca, USA. In 2019 he perfected his know-how by obtaining the Post Graduate Certificate in Real Estate at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
He was a member of the faculty of the MIB School of Management in Trieste, with the role of head of the module in Hospitality Business Planning in the IMT Master, International Master in Tourism, and is also a teacher of the TQM Master in Tourism of the Uninform Group. Fabrizio is also a Member and Certified Valuer of the RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – the main professional association that brings together professionals in the real estate sector at an international level. In 2020 he conceived and wrote, together with his RICS colleague Prof. Giacomo Morri, the first text in Italy dedicated to hotel real estate investments, published by EGEA, Hotel Investment & Valuation.
