From what has been learned from an official note issued by Invitalia SpA, negotiations for the sale of the villages owned by Italia Turismo SpA, a subsidiary company, started with The Human Company. The termsheet agreement initially hypothesized provided for the sale of the following assets: Floriana Village, Simeri Village, Sibari Green Village, Costa di Simeri, Torre d’Otranto, Alimini Village, Tonnare di Stintino, the Village of Pisticci with the adjoining land and the land of Arenella. The hypothesized price was agreed at around 137 million euros. The note states that Invitalia did not consider the offer of the private buyer to be of interest and that the search for solutions on the market for the disposal of the assets will proceed.
