The billionaire London real estate investors, the Rueben Brothers, have acquired the Baglioni Hotel Luna in Venice for around 100 million euros (960,000 euros per room). The luxurious 104-room hotel dates back to the 12th century and is located in one of the most qualified areas of the historic center of Venice, a few steps from St. Mark’s Square. The acquisition is part of a strategic partnership with the Baglioni Group to facilitate the launch of the Italian brand worldwide and is Rueben Brothers’ second hotel investment in Venice, where the recently opened Palazzo Experimental was also recently purchased.
