The Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group confirmed to have reached an agreement to enter the Slovenian market via a JV with the local Group Kranjska Investicijska Družba d.o.o. The Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons will be located 15′ from Ljubljana Airport, offering 114 rooms and suites and 850 sqm meeting space.
The eco-sustainable brand of Starwood debuts in Europe
In 2014 the multinational hotel company will open in Frankfurt the first Element Hotel, thanks to an agreement with Bari Gruppe. The objective of the chain is to open other Element hotels all around Europe in the next years, developing projects with the ongoing cooperation of the same group led by Marco Bari.
