The Pantheon hotel in Rome, via Santa Chiara 4, was sold by the property DeA Capital Sgr to a specialized fund of Investire Sgr. This was announced by a public note from Investire, which outlined the main characteristics of the hotel real estate transaction. It is a five-star hotel with 79 rooms and suites, managed through Marriott’s Autograph Collection brand. The published price of the sale is in the 62 million euro range. Investire Sgr thus continues its development strategy in the luxury hotel property segment.
